Hedgehog Walk

Are you and your little ones ready to make a difference for wildlife? This spring, The Wildlife Trusts invites you to join The Hedgehog Walk! From 30th March to 30th April, take on the challenge of walking 3km while fundraising for wildlife along the way. With the support of Aardman and your favorite Timmy Time characters, you’ll not only enjoy the outdoors but also help create a safer world for hedgehogs, badgers, and more. Pre-register today to be the first to hear when sign up opens.

Restore Nature Now

Restore Nature Now aims to be the biggest ever UK gathering for nature and climate. On Saturday 22nd June 2024, anyone who cares about a healthy environment can join this legal, peaceful and inclusive demonstration that is being organised by a wide range of nature, wildlife, environment and climate organisations and individuals. Together, we will call on ALL political parties to restore nature NOW, and make the upcoming General Election the turning point for nature that is so desperately needed.

The Friends of Moseley Bog & Joy's Wood Nature Reserve

The Friends of Moseley Bog and Joy's Wood Nature Reserve has built on the success of previous groups and years of volunteering and campaigning. It was community action that saved the reserve from the developers, and was one of the catalysts for the formation of the Urban Wildlife Group, which became The Wildlife Trust for Birmingham and the Black Country.
The Friends are now one of the Trust's local groups. You are welcome to attend our Annual General Meeting held each May at Sarehole Mill. In the meantime, if you'd like to join the Friends group, or find out more about them, please contact mosbogfriends@gmail.com.
