About the event
On the eve of Spring, step into nature and connect with the healing power of plants at our Herbal Wellbeing afternoon at Eco Park. Enjoy relaxed, hands-on learning about the medicinal properties of herbs and how to bring them into your everyday life.
You’ll discover how herbs can support wellbeing, then get creative by blending your own herbal teas to take home. We’ll also guide you in crafting a beautiful herb and dried flower bouquet, perfect for your kitchen, home, or as a natural gift to yourself or someone special.
What to expect:
- Learn about herbs and their benefits
- Hands on herbal tea making
- Create your own fresh herb bouquet
- A calm, nature-filled day at Eco Park
No experience needed. Come and unwind, learn something new and share the gifts of nature.
Youth Pathways
This event is open to all ages but is part of our wider Youth Pathways Programme — an accessible and inclusive initiative supporting young people (16–25) to build skills, confidence and experience in conservation and environmental action.
We’re especially keen to connect with young people who are underrepresented in the environmental sector, and to share how they can shape and lead the future of urban conservation in Birmingham and the Black Country.
(Please note children under the age of 16yrs must be accompanied by an adult)
Important Info
- Free to attend
