Planning and Development

Are you worried about a planning application that could affect wildlife in your area? Or are you thinking of making a planning application and would like advice to make sure it doesn't cause problems for wildlife? Either way you can contact us directly at but you should also contact your local planning department for more details and advice on making comments on a planning application.

Environmental Health and Pest Control

We encourage people not to consider wildlife as pests, but sometimes people need help to deal with problems such as  rats or wasps' nests. The Council's pest control departments can be relied upon to deal with such matters in a humane and legal manner.
