Project Management of BBCWT'S Masterplanning and Resilience
BBCWT is inviting tenders to provide project management support to our delivery of this programme. This would involve working with BBCWT for a period of 21 months to help us manage the change programme effectively. The contractor would provide project management support throughout the delivery of the project, as well as leading on the creation of an implementation plan that suggests an effective way forward for the organisational development of BBCWT.

Evaluation of BBCWT's Masterplanning and Resilience
BBCWT is inviting tenders to evaluate our programme. This would involve working with BBCWT for a period of 21 months to help us assess the effectiveness of our approach. The overarching question the evaluator would be assessing would be: “Has the programme created a viable pathway to real organisational change?” The evaluator would be free to utilise whatever methodology they wish, though dialogue with staff from BBCWT would form a major part of the evaluation.

BBCWT’s Wild Walsall Community Engagement
BBCWT is inviting tenders to support our delivery of community engagement events through the development phase of our Wild Walsall project. This would involve working with BBCWT over a period of 7 months, providing at least 70 days support to our Education and Engagement team for the delivery of our development phase project work

Evaluation of BBCWT’s Wild Walsall project
BBCWT is inviting tenders to evaluate of the effectiveness of our Wild Walsall project. This would involve working with BBCWT for a period of 7 months, with the potential to extend by a further 36 months, to evaluate the project's Development Phase and create a baseline and methodology to robustly evaluate the Delivery Phase, assessing how BBCWT has managed landscape scale habitat improvement and community engagement.
The total value of this contract over the 7 months is £8,000+VAT, with the option for a contract extension of £10,500+ VAT contingent on award of Delivery Phase funding. Wild Walsall Site Surveys
BBCWT is inviting tenders to carry out Habitat survey work of selected sites in the peri-urban landscape in Walsall. The work would be carried out in close collaboration with BBCWT, and would involve working with BBCWT over a period of 3 months.
