Moseley Bog & Joy's Wood Late Autumn Wildlife Stroll

On Saturday, we had a great turnout for our guided walk around Moseley Bog and Joy's Wood Nature Reserve to see what late autumn features we could see.

Our great thanks go out to Tony Sames who led the walk for us and provided everyone there with something new in their knowledge of both Moseley Bog and Joy's Wood and also of nature and woodlands generally.

We had people there of all ages and there was a lovely atmosphere as we met members and people new to The Wildlife Trust who were able to learn more about how we manage sites and why these places are so special. The photos below should give you a good impression of how the reserve looks at this time of year and also a few of the things we saw during our stroll. We hope to arrange more such walks soon, so keep an eye on our What's On page for opportunities to come along.
